England to win @ 10/11

New Zealand arrived home at the start of November in buoyant mood after an astonishing 3-0 Test series victory in India.

However, Tom Latham's men have been brought down to earth by a couple of heavy defeats to England, who should be backed to seal a clean sweep of their own in the third Test in Hamilton.

Seddon Park is traditionally a fortress for the Black Cpas, but they have been overwhelmed by the batting power of England, inspired by Harry Brook's first-innings scores of 171 and 123 in the first two Tests.

After a difficult tour of Pakistan, who came from 1-0 down to win 2-1 on spin-friendly pitches, England's fast bowlers are relishing the more helpful conditions in New Zealand.

Brydon Carse has taken 16 wickets in the first two Tests, while Gus Atkinson's dream start to his international career continued with a hat-trick in Wellington.

Chris Woakes, so often overlooked when England play away from home, has also chipped in with some vital wickets and the hosts may struggle to turn things around in the series finale.

Brook benefited from some dismal Kiwi catching in the first Test, but England's batting was more assured in game two as Ollie Pope (66), Ben Duckett (92), Jacob Bethell (96), Joe Root (106) and captain Ben Stokes (49 not out) also contributed valuable runs.

Victory margins of eight wickets and 323 runs reflect England's dominance of the series and they should maintain their intensity in the third Test.

Kane Williamson top New Zealand 1st innings batter @ 11/4

New Zealand's star batter Kane Williamson missed the tour of India due to injury, but returned with scores of 93 and 61 in the first Test against England.

The number three top-scored in the first innings of the second Test, making 37 out of 125, and he should be backed to repeat the feat at one of his favourite venues.

Williamson averages 94.26 in his 11 Test appearances in Hamilton, scoring six centuries and five fifties from just 19 innings.

He made 43 and 133 not out in February's Test against South Africa and his previous 10 knocks at Seddon Park had yielded scores of 108 not out, 13, 42, 176, 43, 54, 200 not out, four, 104 not out and a career-best 251 against the West Indies.

Tim Southee - most sixes in New Zealand 1st innings @ 17/2

Tim Southee is set to play his 107th and final Test for New Zealand and he is worth backing to go out with a bang with the bat.

Southee's bowling has not troubled England in the first two Tests, in which he has taken only four wickets at an average of 61.5, but he remains a dangerous lower-order hitter.

He marked his Test debut against England in March 2008 with a blistering innings of 77 not out, hitting nine sixes from just 40 deliveries.

Only Stokes, England coach Brendon McCullum, Adam Gilchrist, Chris Gayle and Jacques Kallis have hit more sixes in Test cricket than Southee's tally of 95.

He struck two of New Zealand's three maximums in their second innings in Christchurch and looks a big price to bow out with some more big-hitting fireworks in Hamilton.
