Preparations for the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy continue this week as India and England continue their ODI series with a clash in Cuttack on Sunday.
India have a 1-0 lead in the three-match series, having recorded a four-wicket win in the series opener in Nagpur as England crumbled at the crease.
The tourists collapsed from 75-0 to 248 all out and there are concerns about their strength in depth at the crease.
The defeat on Thursday followed a frustrating 4-1 thrashing by India in their recent Twenty20 series and England will be hoping for better in the second ODI as the ICC Champions Trophy edges closer.
Shubman Gill top India runscorer - 3/1
The undoubted star of the show in the first match of this ODI series was India batsman Shubman Gill.
And while the potential return of Virat Kohli to the team could change Gill's position in the batting order in Cuttack, he should again be the standout performer with the bat.
In the first ODI of the series, 25-year-old Gill scored a match-high 87, striking 14 fours in the process.
He heads into this second ODI with a remarkable average of 58.90 in ODIs for his country and at 3/1, he looks overpriced to finish as India's top runscorer.
Ben Duckett to score over 25.5 runs - 5/6
The wicket of opener Phil Salt was the catalyst for a batting collapse for England in the first ODI but confidence can be taken from the team's first-wicket stand of 75.
Ben Duckett partnered Salt at the top of the order and recorded a modest 32 runs off 29 balls before he was dismissed by Harshit Rana in the tenth over.
Duckett may not have been a headline writer for England recently but he is a consistent threat in ODIs.
Indeed, Duckett's last seven totals in the format read 71, 95, 32, eight, 63, 107 and, last time out, 32.
England's inconsistencies further down the order mean it is important for Salt and Duckett to lay strong foundations and Duckett is a good pick to score 26 runs or more in Cuttack.
Ravindra Jadeja to take over 1.5 wickets - 11/8
The likes of Mohammad Shami and Harshit Rana impressed in the opening ODI against England, collecting four wickets between them, but the spin threat of veteran Ravindra Jadeja should not be underestimated.
Jadeja bowled a tight nine overs in the series opener, posting an economy rate of 2.89 - the best among the India bowlers - and finishing with figures of 3-26.
England struggled to get on top of him and while his best years may be ahead of him, he is overpriced to take a couple more wickets in the second ODI of the series.
