The first Test between Pakistan and England is scheduled for the 7th October and the series will conclude at the end of the month, with the third Test pencilled in to start on the 24th October.

There have been a total of 26 Test series' since then, with the most recent seeing England complete a 3-0 whitewash in Pakistan at the end of 2022.
It was the first time Pakistan had hosted a Test series against England on home soil in 17 years, with the Shaheens previously opposing England in the United Arab Emirates in 2011 and 2015.
England have had the upper hand in recent Test encounters and haven't lost to Pakistan since 2018, where the visitors secured a nine-wicket win at Lord's.
