National Hunt superstar Constitution Hill will be looking to bounce back after falling in the 2025 Champion Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
Nicky Henderson confirmed that Constitution Hill was fine after the Champion Hurdle favourite caught the fifth hurdle heavily and unseated jockey Nico de Boinville.
Constitution Hill's fall resulted in State Man leading the race approaching the last but the 2024 victor also crashed out, handing the win to 25/1 shot Golden Ace in a memorable triumph for Lorcan Williams and Jeremy Scott.
Having failed to retain his Champion Hurdle crown at the Cheltenham Festival, all eyes are on where the eight-time Grade One winner will head next.
Constitution Hill is not currently entered into any forthcoming races, and although Henderson initially indicated that Punchestown would be his main target, the proposition of running in the Aintree Hurdle has also been mooted.
Henderson said, "After a long chat with Michael Buckley and Nico (De Boinville), we have come to the conclusion that it is likely that we will consider running Constitution Hill in the Aintree Hurdle in two weeks time."
