Constitution Hill Champion Hurdle Odds: Henderson star is Cheltenham favourite

Constitution Hill leads the way in the Champion Hurdle betting odds ahead of the first day of the 2025 Cheltenham Festival.

Nicky Henderson will be hoping that his stable star can make up for lost time after Constitution Hill was absent from last year's Festival with health issues.

The news that Brighterdaysahead will face Constitution Hill in the Champion Hurdle has added extra spice to the race, while last year's winner State Man has hardly had a mention in comparison.

Constitution Hill, who won the Champion Hurdle in 2023 after winning the Supreme Novices' Hurdle the previous year, remains unbeaten from his 10 starts over hurdles.

He made his long-awaited return after a 12-month absence on Boxing Day where he defeated Lossiemouth to defend his Christmas Hurdle crown at Kempton.

A further outing at Cheltenham in January for the International Hurdle was also a winning one and fully cemented his place at the top of the Champion Hurdle market after his previous injury concerns.
