Jonbon will bid to become the first horse since Kauto Star in 2006 to successfully defend the Tingle Creek, but faces opposition from the likes of Edwardstone and JPR One.
Quilixios also makes the trip over from Ireland after beating Marine Nationale last month at Naas.
