Chloe Kelly has made the permanent move to Arsenal following her departure from Manchester City.
Kelly spent four-and-a-half years with Manchester City, finding herself on the fringes last season, restricted to just one start.
With the Euros on the horizon, Kelly was keen to secure a move away to enhance her England chances, eventually joining Arsenal on loan.
The 27-year-old left under something of a cloud last season, posting on social media: "For a long time I've tried to work though professional challenges privately, but with my situation increasingly being debated in the public domain I feel it's time to be open and transparent.
"With my contract expiring in June I've accepted my future is not at this club beyond then. With the Euros fast approaching, this summer is a huge one and I want to be in a position to give it my best shot to represent my country.
"However, to be dictated whom I can and can't join with only 4 months left of the football season is having a huge impact on not only my career but my mental wellbeing. This situation has dragged on for too long, it's disappointing and not right."
"I want to make you all aware that we as players dedicate our lives to our sport and our clubs but our dreams can be crushed whilst we live in silence."
Kelly's move to North London was a success; finding more first-team football, Kelly scored twice and laid on five assists in 13 appearances in all competitions, starting in the Women's Champions League final win over Barcelona and being called up to the Lionesses' Euros squad.
Signing on a permanent basis, Kelly said: "Putting pen to paper on a permanent contract at Arsenal is a standout moment for me.
"Learning from an incredible manager and continuing to build relationships with an excellent team is a journey I'm looking forward to continuing.
"I'm excited for more silverware at this special club and to bring more trophies back to north London to celebrate with our supporters."
