We take a look at every previous winner of Snooker's China Open since its launch as a ranking event in 1999.
The maiden staging of the competition actually took place way back in 1985, although it held a non-ranking status at that point.
Steve Davis reigned supreme in that year and the following year, in 1986, whilst Rod Lawler also captured the crown during its spell as a non-ranking event.
John Higgins lifted the trophy in 1999 when it was known as the China International before a major rebrand later in the year saw the event relaunched as the China Open, with Ronnie O'Sullivan the first victor.
Nine other players have since gone the full distance in the event including Ding Junhui, Mark Selby and Judd Trump.
