Confirmed runners and riders for the Cheveley Park Stakes

The runners and riders have been confirmed for the 2024 Cheveley Park Stakes at Newmarket Racecourse on Saturday 28th September.

We look set for an intriguing tussle between the Ger Lyons-trained Babouche, who was victorious in the Phoenix Stakes last month, and Aidan O'Brien's Lake Victoria, who is also in fine form after landing the Moyglare Stud Stakes a fortnight ago.

Lowther Stakes winner Celandine will also line up for the Group 1, along with Daylight who will compete outside of France for the first time.

Other contenders include Rayevka, who was triumphant at Chantilly recently, and Queen Mary Stakes winner Leovanni.
