League One sides Charlton Athletic and Birmingham City will meet in the first round of the EFL Cup on Tuesday.
Charlton began their campaign with an impressive 1-0 away triumph at Wigan Athletic, while Birmingham were held to a 1-1 draw by Reading at St Andrew's.
Charlton v Birmingham will be broadcast live on the Sky Sports+ channel.
Charlton v Birmingham will be played at The Valley and kick-off is at 19:45 BST on Tuesday 13th August 2024.
Charlton and Birmingham have faced each other on 66 occasions but Tuesday's fixture will be the first-ever meeting between the two sides in the League Cup.
The previous meeting between Charlton and Birmingham was a Championship clash which ended in a goalless draw in July 2020.

Charlton boss Nathan Jones admitted he intends to make the full use of his squad for Tuesday's cup clash.
Summer recruit Matty Godden, who was absent for the trip to Wigan with a hamstring issue, is expected to remain sidelined.
Alfons Sampsted joined Birmingham on Monday and the right-back may feature in Chris Davies' squad, while Alfie May could be in line to start against his former club.
Left-back Lee Buchanan faces two months out with a calf injury.
