Leeds not only need to beat Southampton at Elland Road on the final day of the season, but hope lowly Huddersfield also prevail over Ipswich for the Whites to sneak into the top two.

West Brom are in pole position to secure a Championship play-offs berth, requiring just a point at home to an out of sorts Preston side on the final day of the season.
Although the Baggies have lost their last three league matches on the trot themselves, they should have enough to at least draw at home to Ryan Lowe's Preston who have lost their last four on the bounce in the Championship.

Birmingham City are currently in the most precarious position to be relegated from the Championship on the final day, with the Blues not only needing to beat promotion hopefuls Norwich City at St Andrew's, but also rely on results going their way elsewhere.
Gary Rowett's side need a win against Norwich and to hope Plymouth fail to beat Hull City, or either Sheffield Wednesday lose to Sunderland or Blackburn go down to champions Leicester City.
Plymouth are also vulnerable heading into the final day, with the Pilgrims requiring a win at home to play-offs chasers Hull City to guarantee their Championship safety.
