The Caribbean Premier League is played across two stages, the group stage and the knockout stage.

Six teams compete in 10 matches each in the group stage, before the highest ranked four teams progress to the play-offs.

The sides then compete in two semi-finals, one played between the two highest ranked teams from the group stage, and another 'Eliminator' match between the teams ranked third and fourth.
