The 23-year-old netted eight goals in 29 Premier League appearances during the 2023/24 season as Nottm Forest survived relegation on the penultimate weekend of the season.
Hudson-Odoi was capped three times by England in 2019 after breaking through to the Chelsea first team, but his career stalled thereafter due to a combination of injuries and a loss of form.
An underwhelming loan spell followed at Bayer Leverkusen in 2022/23 and he made the decision to leave Chelsea permanently prior to the start of last season, as Forest looked to fill the void left by Brennan Johnson's departure to Tottenham.
Daniel Levy looks set to be shopping in the East Midlands once again this summer as Tottenham begin their plans to secure Champions League football after narrowly missing out in 2023/24.
Aston Villa have also been mooted as potential suitors for Hudson-Odoi, while Julen Lopetegui's West Ham are another possible destination.
