Despite being Premier League newcomers, the shear size of Burnley's squad means their yearly wage expenditure may not be as low as first imagined.
While by no means is Burnley's wage bill in competition with the top flight's recognised big six, nor some of the league's mid-table sides, it did amount to £29,510,000 in the season gone by.
It's no surprise that summer signing Kyle Walker is the Clarets' top earner, with a wage of a reported £75,000 per week.
Since last campaign, Burnley's wage has more than doubled, currently sitting at £69,442,500, though this is still the lowest in the English top flight.
