Bryson DeChambeau tees it up at Royal Portrush in search of his third major championship win.
A two-time US Open winner, Bryson DeChambeau will head to Northern Ireland in an attempt to add the British version to his major championship collection.
It has been a whirlwind last few years for the Californian who has seen his prominence within the golfing world rise higher and higher.
DeChambeau moved to the breakaway LIV Golf League in 2022 before securing his second U.S Open triumph two years later.
Whilst the 31-year-old has fared very well in all four majors, the Open remains the only one of the quartet where he has failed to register a top-five finish.
'The Scientist' has played at Royal Portrush once in his career, where he missed the cut during the 2018-19 Open Championship, so he will be hoping for a better performance this time around.
The good news is DeChambeau is a much better golfer now than he was back then. All of his best major championship finishes have come within the last three years and he was a recent winner at LIV Korea in May.
