Amanda Holden's 'Golden Buzzer' act has been a popular figure from the start of the show, receiving huge acclaim for her rendition of 'Tomorrow' from the musical 'Annie' in the auditions.
The singer produced another spinetingling semi-final performance when covering the Frank Sinatra classic, 'My Way', winning the public vote to book her final slot.
Christmas could come early for Sydnie, who is aiming to become the sixth singing act to win Britain's Got Talent and the first since Jon Courtenay in 2020.
Comedian Alex Mitchell booked his spot in the final after winning the fifth and final semi-final, winning over the judges and the voting public following his stand-up act which saw him poke fun at his autism and his tics.
The Leeds-based comic has hit the right note with the judges’ and audience since the auditions and is seen as the biggest threat to Sydnie Christmas.
These two have captured the hearts of the public with their upbeat dance routines and touching backstory, with Afronita first meeting seven-year-old Abigail in their native Ghana when she started her own dance studio.
An electrifying Azonto routine to Brighter Days by Sigala saw the duo win the public vote and move into the final, where they are looking to become the third dance act to win after George Sampson (2008) and Diversity (2009).
Richard Jones is the only magician to have won BGT, coming back in 2016, but Jack Rhodes will be hoping to muscle in on the act after winning the second semi-final.
He will need to increase his standard even more for the final, but judge Simon Cowell was so impressed with his semi-final performance that he said he could "win the show".
Having impressed during his audition, opera singer Innocent Masuku blew the crowd away in the semi-final with his performance of Hans Zimmer’s 'Now We Are Free'.
Opera stars Paul Potts and Collabro won the show in 2007 and 2014 respectively, could Masuku add his name to that elite list?
Impressionist/singer Mike Woodhams made it to the final by the skin of his teeth. Having lost out on automatic place to Sydnie Christmas, it was down to him and dancer Leightonjay Halliday for the second spot.
After the judges' were split in the vote (Cowell and Alesha Dixon voting for Woodhams), the decision went back to the public vote and Woodhams went through.
Haribow certainly brought variety to the competition and the jump rope group also squeezed their way into the final after edging out choir Ravi's Dream Team in the public vote.
With the judges' once again split (Holden and Bruno Tonioli voting for Haribow), it went back to the public vote and it was Haribow who were sent through to the final.
Performing in the first semi-final that was won by Innocent Masuku, Ant & Dec's 'Golden Buzzer' Ssaulabi Performance Troupe won the judges' vote when going up against dog dance act The Trickstars.
South Korean troupe Ssaulabi are an entertaining act as they smash their way through objects in acrobatic fashion, but it would take something monumental for them to land top honours.
There will be two magicians in the final after Trixy won the judges’ vote over Opera Singer & Pianist Denise & Stefan.
Cowell, Holden and Dixon all voted to send the magician through, while Tonioli was the only judge to side with Denisre & Stefan.
Boasting 60+ members, Northants Sings Out are not any ordinary choir. In the audition, they seamlessly transitioned from a rendition of hymn 'It Is Well with My Soul' into club classic 'Show Me Love'.
There was another riveting performance in the semi-final, this time transitioning into Livin' Joy's 'Dreamer', but it was not enough to beat Abigail & Afronitaaa in the public vote.
Dance troupe Phoenix Boys and Northants Sings Out couldn't be separated by the judges', leaving the decision to go back to the public which the latter came out on top in.
