Brisbane Broncos v Cronulla team news

Brisbane Broncos team news

Broncos players Payne Haas, Pat Carrigan, and Selwyn Cobbo all played in Origin One, so they will need to prove their fitness ahead of kick-off.

Reece Walsh sat out the majority of the game after being knocked out following a poor challenge from Joseph Sua'ali'i, so he is unlikely to pass a head assessment check.

Should any of Kevin Walters' Origin players fail fitness tests, Tristan Sailor, Fletcher Baker, and Martin Taupau are among the reserves if required.

Centre Koton Staggs can feature, though, after recovering from a rib injury.

Cronulla team news

Sharks boss Craig Fitzgibbon has rested Nicho Hynes after his appearance in Origin One, meaning Braydon Trindall and Daniel Atkinson will get the chance in the halves again.
