Liverpool goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher is set to sign for Brentford in a deal worth an initial £12.5m that could rise to £18m.
Kelleher - who made 20 appearances for Liverpool in all competitions last season - is expected to undergo a medical on Monday.
The Republic of Ireland international is viewed as a replacement for Bees' current number one Mark Flekken who is likely to join Bayer Leverkusen.
Leverkusen - who last week appointed Erik ten Hag as manager - have reportedly agreed an £11m fee for the Dutchman.
Regularly deputising for Alisson Becker at Liverpool, Kelleher made 25 Premier League appearances for the Reds since he made his debut almost five years ago.
Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili will join the recently-crowned Premier League champions in July after an agreement was reached last year in a deal worth around £29m.

News of Kelleher's impending move comes after calls from Republic of Ireland boss Heimir Hallgrimsson urged the 26-year-old to seek consistent minutes.
"I just want him to go to a club where he will play on a regular basis," said Hallgrimsson.
"He has been playing at the highest level, whether it's the UEFA Champions League or the Premier League, and done really well. I just want him to be happy and playing regularly.
"I know he wants to be playing at the highest level. I guess - I don't know for sure - he will be playing at the highest level."
