Owen Cooper v Ekow Essuman: Fight date, ring walk time, undercard & how to watch

British rivals Owen Cooper and Ekow Essuman go head-to-head for the English and WBO European Welterweight titles when they line up on the eagerly-anticipated 'The Magnificent Seven' bill in Birmingham in July.

Cooper is defending his English and continental belts against the former British and Commonwealth welterweight champion at Resort's World, by the NEC, in what looks set to be a mouth-watering clash between the two Midlands-based fighters.

Cooper was last seen in the ring in March when he totally dominated the previously unbeaten Eithan James, eventually winning in the ninth round, while veteran Essuman painfully lost his British, Commonwealth and IBF European welterweight titles in a unanimous decision defeat to Harry Scarff in Manchester in November.
