Eddie Hearn leaks Jake Paul v Gervonta Davis fight

Eddie Hearn has seemingly leaked an unconfirmed boxing match between Jake Paul and Gervonta Davis to take place in November 2025.

The Matchroom Sport supremo told FightHype.com ahead of the all-British showdown between Chris Eubank Jr and Conor Benn on 26th April:

We know that Gervonta [Davis] is going to fight Jake Paul in November, and then we'll see what happens.

Paul is slated to take on former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, the son of former three-weight world champion Julio Cesar Chavez, in his next fight on Saturday 28th June 2025.

This will mark Paul's first outing in the boxing ring since his money-spinning bout against Mike Tyson which was screened live on Netflix on 16th November 2024.

Following his clash with Tyson at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Paul set about organising a super fight against Canelo Alvarez, only for the Mexican pound-for-pound star to sign a lucrative four-fight contract with Turki Alalshikh's Riyadh Season promotions instead.

It now appears as though Paul is on a collision course with another pound-for-pound pugilist in the form of 'Tank' Davis, who boasts an undefeated professional boxing record of 30-0-1.

Paul has also mentioned the possibility of brokering a fight with former two-time heavyweight world champion Anthony Joshua in the future.

Speaking about a potential meeting between Paul and his long-time client and friend Joshua, Eddie Hearn told FightHype.com: "It would be interesting to go from Gervonta Davis to Anthony Joshua."

'The Problem Child' Paul currently has a professional boxing record of 11-1, with his sole defeat coming at the hands of British fighter Tommy Fury in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 26th February 2023.
