The arrival of Venky's at Blackburn Rovers signalled the end of an era at Ewood Park and the beginning of a new one.
Following the passing of Jack Walker - the man whose funding took Blackburn to the Premier League title in 1995 - the club's ownership was handled by the Jack Walker Trust, but in November 2010, the club was sold to Venky's London Ltd.
The move sparked a period of decline at Blackburn with the club relegated in the first season of Venky's ownership, and not even finishing in the Championship play-offs since.
John Eustace has made the surprise move from Rovers to relegation-threatened Derby County, and we look at all the managers Blackburn have had since November 2010.
The first and perhaps costliest decision under the Venky's regime saw the club part ways with Sam Allardyce after a matter of weeks with the club safely in mid-table, with first-team coach Steve Kean appointed on a temporary basis before taking permanent charge.
Kean oversaw just five league wins after taking charge as the club finished 15th, but the second season saw Rovers relegated after finishing 19th.
Kean resigned just a matter of weeks into Blackburn's stint in the Championship.
Former Blackburn title-winner, Henning Berg took the reigns after Eric Black's spell as caretaker, but the Norwegian lasted just two months before being sacked having won just one of his 10 games in charge.
After Gary Bowyer stepped in as caretaker, Michael Appleton was given the permanent job, but after winning two of his 11 games, Appleton was sacked with the club sliding towards the relegation zone.
After a second spell as caretaker, Gary Bowyer was given the permanent job and lasted the whole of the 2013/14 and 2014/15 seasons, when Blackburn came eighth and ninth respectively, but a disappointing start to the following campaign saw Bowyer sacked to be replaced by Paul Lambert.
Having taken over in the November of 2015, Lambert would see out the remainder of the campaign at Ewood Park, but opted to step down at the end of the season, to be replaced by Owen Coyle.
After a disastrous start to the season that saw the club pick up two points from their first seven games to leave them rooted to the bottom of the Championship.
Blackburn eventually got their heads above water, but another poor run saw them second from bottom in February when Coyle was dismissed and replaced by Tony Mowbray.
Although Mowbray was unable to keep Rovers in the Championship, the club did earn promotion from League One, finishing two points behind champions Wigan Athletic.
Under Mowbray's stewardship, Blackburn finished safely in mid-table in their first three seasons back in the second tier before threatening a play-off finish in 2021/22. Rovers eventually finished eighth with Mowbray opting to leave at the end of his contract.
Building on the foundations laid by Mowbray, Jon Dahl Tomasson saw Blackburn come agonisingly close to the play-offs in his first season, but a poor first half to the following campaign saw Tomasson leave the club via mutual consent, replaced by John Eustace.
Despite struggling to make an immediate impact at Ewood Park, Eustace started the 2024/25 season superbly, with the club very much in the hunt for a play-off spot, despite a poor run of form that has seen the club win two of their 11 games from 21st December to 4th February.
Although Rovers are still fighting at the right end of the table, Eustace has made the move to join former club Derby, who are still embroiled in a relegation battle.
