The burgeoning bare-knuckle promotion made a splash in the UK back in July with its Anarchy in the UK card from the indigo at the O2 in London, with the likes of Mick Terrill, Aaron Chalmers and Amado and Fernando Vargas Jr all picking up big wins.
Now, BKB will return to the UK at Newcastle's Utilita Arena with a card topped by a super welterweight world title fight.
Former UFC fighter Dy has proven to be a natural since making the transition to bare-knuckle boxing in 2022.
The Filipino is currently riding a four-fight win streak and defended his title against former two-weight gloved champion Paulie Malignaggi back in May.
Looking to dethrone the champion is the vastly experienced McHugh, who has won eight of his last nine fights.
