Slovakia rallied from behind in their semi-final clash with Great Britain to set up a fascinating encounter with Italy in the tournament's showpiece.

Great Britain had made the perfect start as Emma Raducanu recorded her third straight-sets win and though Katie Boulter claimed the opening set against Rebecca Sramkova, the British No.1 eventually succumbed to a 6-2 4-6 4-6 defeat before Olivia Nicholls and Heather Watson were beaten in the doubles.

Italy secured their place in the final with a 2-1 victory over Poland and will be looking to go one better than they did last year as they fell at the final hurdle against Canada.
