Grey Dawning, who won the Turners Novices' Chase at the 2024 Cheltenham Festival, is the favourite in the betting odds for the Betfair Chase this weekend.

Dan Skelton's seven-year-old will make his seasonal reappearance at the start of a campaign which could culminate with a tilt at the Cheltenham Gold Cup in March.
The main threat to the Skeltons this weekend could be last year's winner Royale Pagaille or the mercurial Ahoy Senor, who is amongst the favourites to win his first Grade 1 since the 2022 Mildmay Chase at Aintree.
Former King George winners Hewick and Bravemansgame feature in a stellar field, with the latter finishing second behind The Real Whacker in the bet365 Charlie Hall Chase three weeks ago.
Patrick Neville's charge also goes again this weekend but is amongst the outsiders, which shows the depth of quality for this year's renewal of the Betfair Chase.
Elsewhere, Willie Mullins will be hoping that Capodanno can shake off his poor form at the end of last season and add to his sole Grade 1 win.
