Four-time Grade 1 winner Ballyburn leads the way in the Brown Advisory Novices' Chase betting odds on the second day of the 2025 Cheltenham Festival.
Ballyburn was a convincing winner of the Baring Bingham at last year's Festival as the 1/2 favourite won by 13 lengths from Jimmy Du Seuil.
He then followed that success by taking the honours in the Champion Novice Hurdle at Punchestown two months later.
This season saw an emphatic seasonal reappearance at Punchestown in November but he was comfortably beaten by Sir Gino at Kempton over the Christmas period to cast doubts over a horse who had long been admired.
A Grade 1 victory at the Dublin Racing Festival provided a timely boost but the defeat to Sir Gino is still fresh in the memory and trainer Willie Mullins will be looking for the seven-year-old to show his true potential this week.
