Barcelona's Lamine Yamal is the latest favourite in the Ballon d'Or betting having dazzled on the wing as part of a swashbuckling Catalan outfit assembled by Hansi Flick.
Paris Saint-Germain star Ousmane Dembele is second favourite to win the Ballon d'Or in 2025 with the Frenchman enjoying a phenomenal campaign for Les Parisiens.
Fleet-footed forward Dembele has been PSG's main man in attack this term with Luis Enrique's side firmly in the hunt for their first ever UEFA Champions League triumph.
PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has also emerged as a left-field candidate to claim the award, while South American pair Raphinha and Lautaro Martinez are also in contention.
bet365's Sports and Trading expert Steve Freeth said: "Dembele has strengthened his position as a Ballon d'Or contender with PSG taking their place in the UEFA Champions League final after proving too much for Arsenal in the semis.
"All the talk was about Barcelona's stars potentially winning the Treble, but it may well be PSG claiming three trophies by the end of the campaign."
