Confirmed runners and riders for the 2024 Ayr Gold Cup

The runners and riders have been confirmed for the 2024 Ayr Gold Cup at Ayr Racecourse on Saturday 21st September.

A field of 25 runners will challenge in the Ayr Gold Cup this weekend.

American Affair landed the Portland at Doncaster's St Leger meeting last time out and he returns at Ayr under a 5lb penalty.

Stablemate Jordan Electrics has been impressive this year for Jim Goldie and he is another who could go well in Scotland.

Antepost favourite Ramazan and top-weight Commanche Falls have also been declared, but Albasheer will instead run in the World Trophy at Newbury on Saturday.
