The Spanish giants have made a beeline for players starring in the Premier League over the past decade or so, luring the likes of Conor Gallagher and Kieran Trippier to the Riyadh Air Metropolitano.

Along with the two England internationals, Los Colchoneros have also swooped for numerous other star attractions from England's top-tier.

Among that list are former Chelsea hitman Diego Costa, Manchester City livewire Julian Alvarez and Spanish star Alvaro Morata.

Liverpool's Andy Robertson is the latest player from these shores to be linked with a summer switch to the Spanish capital, but will he follow in the footsteps of the likes of Costa, Alvarez and Morata in making the move to La Liga?
