Aston Villa are 3/10 to secure their passage to the Europa Conference League semi-finals after defeating Lille 2-1 in the first leg of their quarter-final clash at Villa Park.
Goals from Ollie Watkins and John McGinn had put the Villans in command but a late goal from Bafode Diakite means the tie is far from over ahead of the second leg at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy.
Unai Emery's men are 11/8 favourites to win the competition, which would be the club's first piece of major silverware since 1996.
In what was Emery's 1,000th match as a manager, Watkins chalked up his 25th goal of the season to put Villa in the ascendancy following an impressive start.
The hosts then doubled their advantage early in the second half when McGinn struck a fierce drive into the bottom corner, prompting rapturous scenes in the Holte End.
But Lille were unnerved by the two-goal setback and the Ligue 1 outfit thought they had halved the deficit when Gabriel Gudmundsson converted at the back post, only for the Swedish defender to see his goal ruled out for offside by VAR.
Paulo Fonseca's side eventually got their breakthrough in the closing stages as Diakite flicked Angel Gomes' cross beyond Emiliano Martinez.
It leaves the tie intriguingly balanced ahead of the second leg in northern France, with Lille boasting the best home record in the French top flight, losing just one of their 13 league matches so far this campaign.
Les Dogues are 12/5 to qualify for the semi-finals, with Villa the firm favourites to progress at 3/10.
