The 2017/18 season saw Roma reach the semi-finals of the UEFA Champions League under the stewardship of Eusebio Di Francesco.
After topping a group that included Chelsea, Atletico Madrid and Qarabag, Roma then beat Ukranian side Shakhtar Donetsk in the Round of 16.
The Italian side then produced a magnificent comeback to beat Barcelona on away goals in the quarter-finals, before they eventually came unstuck against Liverpool in the semi-finals.
Roma also finished third in Serie A during the 2017/18 season to ensure that they qualified for the UEFA Champions League for the following campaign.
Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson and Bosnia-Herzegovina striker Edin Dzeko played the most matches for Roma during the 2017/18 season with 49 appearances apiece.
Serbian left-back Aleksandar Kolarov featured 47 times during the campaign, while Argentine centre-back Federico Fazio made 45 appearances.
The likes of Kostas Manolas, Kevin Strootman and Radja Nainggolan are also amongst the players who featured prominently for Roma during the season.
