Antonio Conte looks set to depart from Napoli just days after guiding the club to their second Serie A title in the last three seasons.
Conte and Napoli secured the club's fourth Serie A title with a final day victory over Cagliari, but rumours have swirled in recent months of a frosty relationship between the manager and the owners in Naples.
Now Conte, who has amassed an impressive CV in a managerial career spanning almost 25 years, looks set to depart from the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona, possibly to re-join a Serie A rival.
The 55-year-old is a club legend at Juventus and spent the large majority of his playing career in Turin, Conte is rumoured to be the top choice to take over at The Old Lady once more. He managed the club from 2011 until 2014 and secured three consecutive Serie A titles in that time.
Napoli too look set to move quickly in terms of a replacement for Conte, with Massimiliano Allegri, who recently spent almost a decade in charge of Juventus across two separate spells, believed to be the top choice to replace his fellow Italian.
Conte's one season in charge in Naples looks likely to be the shortest reign of his managerial career, although the Lecce native isn't prone to prolonged stints at clubs.
The longest Conte has stayed at any club is his three year period in charge at Juventus, since then he has managed the Italian national team, Chelsea, Inter Milan and Tottenham Hotspur, never staying longer than two seasons at any club.
Despite his brief stays, Conte has often achieved success in his coaching career, winning the Premier League and FA Cup with Chelsea and another Serie A title with Inter Milan.
