Manchester City are reportedly set to open talks for Juventus full-back Andrea Cambiaso.
If you thought that the reinforcement of Man City's defence would stop at Vitor Reis and Abdukodir Khusanov, it seems as if you'd be wrong, with the club eyeing up Juve's Italian full-back.
It comes as little surprise that the club are targeting that position in the market, given Kyle Walker's desire to leave the club this January.
Here is everything you need to know about Manchester City transfer target Andrea Cambiaso.
Born on 20th February 2000, Andrea Cambiaso is 24 years old.
Cambiaso was born in Genoa, Italy, and is a product of the Genoa academy.
The Citizens are expected to commence a first round of talks with Juventus, with reports suggesting Man City are set to make make a bid in the range of €60m - €65m to secure the services of the Italian full-back.
Cambiaso's contract at Juventus is set to expire in 2029, suggesting why the Italian side may be demanding a high fee for the 24 year old.
Cambiaso has played the majority of his minutes at left-back for Juventus this season, though is capable playing on the right hand side.
Cambiaso is 5ft 11ins and of lean build.
Cambiaso is primarily left footed, but is more than capable using his right foot.
Cambiaso is an explosive dribbler, especially when driving down the left-hand side to create an angle for a cross on his favoured left foot.
He doesn't just excel in wide areas, with his ability to receive the ball, turn and find a pass in between the half-spaces standing out, especially given his capability with both feet.
His speed and athleticism makes him press-resistant, able to easily glide away from pressure with a burst of pace into space.

Cambiaso started his career at Genoa after progressing through the ranks in the youth setup.
The Italian international had loan spells at Albissola, Savona, Alessandria and Empoli, before being snapped up by Juventus.
He would immediately join Bologna on a season-long loan for the 2022/23 campaign, before returning to fight for his place, now a regular starter in the Juventus XI.
Cambiaso spent time in Italy's U21 setup, before making his debut for the senior side on the 21st March 2024.
He has since played 13 times for his nation, scoring twice in this period.
Cambiaso would certainly add a new dimension to Manchester City's defensive line, offering more of an attacking threat than Pep Guardiola's current options at full back.
Guardiola has often opted for four central defenders across the back four in recent seasons, but a dip in form in the 2024/25 campaign may see the Spaniard revert to a more natural athletic and attacking minded full-back.
The Italian international could help enforce some much needed pace in to the Man City side, which is currently lacking with an ageing backline.
