Ali Carter recorded his sixth ranking event success in the Championship League on Wednesday evening, and we're offering prices on the 44-year-old to go the full distance in any of the three Triple Crown events this season.
Odds will display when market is available.
The coveted Championship League title represents Carter's first on English soil with all five of his previous successes coming on foreign territory.
The Captain overcame rookie Jackson Page 3-1 in the final to secure his latest major silverware, whilst also pocketing a total tournament jackpot of £33,000 - a return that further cements his spot in the world's top 10.
On the back of his triumph at Leicester Morningside Arena - the first event of the new season - we've priced the Essex-potter up at 25/1 to win the 2024 UK Championship for the first time later this year.
The two-time World Championship finalist has yet to capture any of the three biggest titles the sport has to offer, despite reaching two previous Crucible finals and two Masters finals.
However, the 44-year-old will hope to banish those painful defeats during the 2024/25 campaign having kick-started the current campaign in such triumphant fashion.
"I’m delighted to get the season off to a great start and pick up another title," Carter said following his victory. "To play how I did in the final was incredibly pleasing.
"I felt the most comfortable with the most at stake, which is always a good sign. I feel I’m playing the best stuff that I’ve ever played and hopefully there are a few more big wins still to come."
Carter has also been installed at 25/1 to lift the Masters title early in the new year, after being edged out 10-7 by Ronnie O'Sullivan in the Alexandra Palace showpiece final in January.
We're also quoting 28/1 for the former world number two to improve upon his 2008 and 2012 runner-up spots by capturing the biggest prize the sport has to offer, the World Snooker Championship, next May.
