The World Cup may be in full swing but attentions turn temporarily back towards the domestic scene on Friday morning when the Premier League announce the fixture schedules for all 20 clubs featuring in the top-flight next season.
Newly-promoted Coventry City, Ipswich Town and Hull City will be eagerly awaiting details of who they will kick-off their 2026/27 campaigns against, whilst supporters of champions Arsenal will be keen to see details of who their side will begin their title defence against.
A total of 380 Premier League matches will take place next term with a record number being screened live in the United Kingdom and Ireland, live and exclusively on Sky Sports, TNT Sports and Amazon Prime.
Here are all the details you need to know ahead of the Premier League's fixture release day on Friday...
The countdown to the new season officially gets underway on Friday 19th June, with the schedules for all 20 clubs revealed at 10:00 (BST).
The official websites of all 20 Premier League clubs will be announcing details of their respective calendars, whilst their social media platforms will also carry details.
The Premier League's official app also enables supporters to download their respective sides fixtures directly on to tablets and devices, with further details available at premierleague.com.
The Premier League will kick-off its 2026/27 season on Saturday 22nd August, slightly later than usual given the World Cup is taking place this summer.
The final round of fixtures will be played on Sunday 30th May, 2027 with all 10 matches kicking off simultaneously.
The 2026/27 season will consist of 33 weekends and five midweek match rounds, whilst the Christmas and New Year period will see no clubs feature in more than one match over a 60 hour period.
This is in keeping with commitments made to clubs to address the congested Christmas and New Year schedule within the expanded international calendar.
