2024 Women's Ballon d'Or: Spain superstar Aitana Bonmati in frame to retain award

The sixth winner of the Women's Ballon d'Or is set to be announced in Paris.

The prize has been won by a Spaniard in the last three years, with Aitana Bonmati the current recipient of the award and her Barcelona teammate Alexia Putellas scooping the gong in 2021 and 2022.

The 2024 Women's Ballon d'Or, also known as the Ballon d'Or Feminin, will be awarded on Monday 28th October 2024.

The ceremony will begin at approximately 19:00 GMT.
