Ahead of the 2024/25 football season, we take a look at the all-important fixture announcement dates for the Premier League, EFL and Scottish Premiership.

Premier League 2024/25 fixtures: Key dates

Fixture announcement date: Tuesday 18th June 2024, 09:00 BST.
Opening weekend of season: Weekend of Saturday 17th August 2024.

EFL 2024/25 fixtures: Key dates

The fixtures for all three of the EFL's divisions - Championship, League One and League Two - will all be announced on the same day, with the seasons also getting underway on the same weekend.

Fixture announcement date: Wednesday 26th June 2024, 09:00 BST.
Opening weekend of season: Weekend of Saturday 10th August 2024.

SPFL 2024/25 fixtures: Key dates

The fixtures for all four of the SPFL's divisions - Scottish Premiership, Championship, League One and League Two - will all be announced on the same day, with the seasons also getting underway on the same weekend.

Fixture announcement date: Thursday 27th June 2024, 09:00 BST.
Opening weekend of season: Weekend of Saturday 3rd August 2024.
