Tampa Bay Lightning @ New York Rangers Predictions

We have a heavyweight Eastern Conference tilt as the Lightning face off against the Rangers.

Tampa is on fire heading into MSG. They are 8-1-0 and have 41 goals in their last nine games. Nikita Kucherov has 18 points over those nine games. Five players have at least one point per game in that span. Everything is going right for Tampa right now.

One player to look out for on Tampa Bay is Steven Stamkos. He has 32 shots on goal in his last nine games, an average of 3.56 shots per game. Stamkos over 2.5 shots on goal is priced -140.

The Rangers have cooled off after a blistering start to the season. They are 3-3-1 in their last seven games before the All-Star break which included losses to the Sharks and Kings, two struggling teams.

The top of the lineup is still producing as Adam Fox, Artemi Panarin and Chris Kreider are point-per-game players in their last seven games. It's the depth that's not getting the job done for the Rangers.

Adam Fox has five power play points in his last seven games and has 20 in 40 games this season. Over 0.5 power play points for Fox is +175.

Robert Munnich's Picks

Money Line: Tampa Bay Lightning +115

Steven Stamkos: Over 2.5 Shots -140

Adam Fox: Over 0.5 Power Play Points +175

Dallas Stars @ Toronto Maple Leafs Predictions

The Dallas Stars pay a visit to Scotiabank Arena to take on the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Dallas has been having another outstanding season. They are tied for first in the Central Division with the Colorado Avalanche. They are 7-2-1 in their last 10 games. One of the most underrated players on the Stars is their 22-year-old defenceman Thomas Harley. He has 10 points in his last 10 games. Look to take over 0.5 points for Harley for a nice +130 payout.

Toronto is coming off a bad loss to the New York Islanders on home ice on Monday night. After the game, Sheldon Keefe called out his team’s defensive awareness, calling it "peewee stuff". The Leafs are going to need a big bounce back against a great Stars team. The Leafs are very top heavy. If they're going to keep up with the Stars, they're going to need goalscoring from their best players; Auston Matthews, Mitch Marner, William Nylander and Morgan Reilly.

Take the over 0.5 points from Mitch Marner and Auston Matthews.

Robert Munnich's Picks

Dallas Stars Money Line +110

Auston Matthews: Over 1.5 Points +140

Mitch Marner: Over 1.5 Points +160

Thomas Harley: Over 0.5 Points +130
