Adelaide United boss Carl Veart is taking nothing for granted when his high-flying Reds side take on struggling Perth Glory on Sunday.
The Reds are having a strong campaign and are priced at 10/1 to go on and win the A-League grand final while Glory are on course for the wooden spoon.
Tough season
Glory have had a nightmare season for one reason or another and now have a squad decimated by injuries and made up with a number of youth players.
They have not won in 14 games either, while Veart’s side are well rested following a 12-day break from playing and are ready to fire.

"They've had a difficult season and the last few weeks the results haven't been great for them," Veart said of Glory. "But they've got some good young players there that have a little bit of confidence.
"If things fall their way, they could be a very difficult side to play against."
Refreshed and ready
Veart says the break came at a good time and his players are now looking forward to the last three games of the regular season, which are all at home. Three points against Glory will seal their place in finals.
"We're into week 40 since we started pre-season, without a break in that time, so it's come at a good time to freshen up the players and get them ready for these last three home games," he added.
"Finals in the A-League is always somewhere between 35 and 38 points and if we pick up three points tomorrow that puts us to 37. It's just a matter of getting the points tomorrow and then we move on for our next two home games."
