Perth Glory owner Tony Sage has thrown his support behind coach Richard Garcia and has backed him to take the club into the top six this season.
Glory are priced at 4/1 to make the top six and play finals this season but they have work to do following a disrupted first half of the season.
Tough start to the season
Glory have picked up just three wins and three draws from 13 games so far but that does not tell the whole story as only two of those games have taken place in Perth.
Garcia and the team have spent the rest of the time over east as the Western Australia borders remained closed, and it took its toll.

But now the borders are back open and Glory face a glut of games at HBF Park. Sage is expecting huge improvements now the players can train together properly and he believes the top six is a realistic aim.
He has also thrown his support behind Garcia and believes he is still the man for the job ahead of Saturday’s clash with Sydney FC.

"I’m not happy being in this position but I understand why we are in this position," Sage said. "We are where we are given that we have not been able to train effectively.
"Given that we are now home and can train properly as a group, I’m quite happy where Richie is going to take the team over the next 10 weeks.
"This is the very first week we’ve had a full training week without any interruption, since the first week of January.
"Give Richie two weeks with the squad like this and we’ll see a change. The way other teams are going fifth and six should be easy to take."
