James Harden is convinced he will be able to form a strong partnership with MVP contender Joel Embiid at Philadelphia 76ers.
The Sixers are 7/1 to win the NBA Championship outright and Embiid is 6/4 to win the regular season MVP award.
Harden set for Sixers bow
Harden left Brooklyn Nets for Philly on the trade deadline day, with Ben Simmons heading in the opposite direction.
The 2018 MVP is yet to feature for his new team after arriving with a hamstring injury, but is expected to be involved when the Sixers head to Minnesota Timberwolves in their first game after the All-Star break.

Harden is relishing the prospect of linking up with Embiid and he believes they can challenge for the championship this season.
Embiid handed Harden praise
"I think we complete each other," said Harden, as reported by Sky Sports. "The whole world knows how great Joel has been playing.
"His presence alone is unbelievable. I feel like I'm the same way as far as making my team-mates better and we have a great core of guys."
He added: "We're both at a high level to where we'll figure it out."
Embiid inspires win over Bucks
The Sixers were in action on Thursday as they claimed a 123-120 victory over key rivals Milwaukee Bucks at the Fiserv Forum, with Embiid leading the scoring with 42 points, as well as managing a game-high 14 rebounds.
Philadelphia sit in third spot in the Eastern Conference with a 35-23 overall record, two-and-a-half games behind Miami Heat and Chicago Bulls in the top two places.
