A place in League Two is up for grabs on Sunday when Grimsby and Solihull Moors battle it out in the National League final.
After a 44-game season in the National League and a playoff campaign, Grimsby and Solihull Moors are potentially 90 minutes away from becoming a Football League side.
Grimsby finished sixth in the regular season, ten points adrift of Solihull in third, and the Mariners have shown resilience to come through two playoff ties via extra time.
Solihull, due to their lofty finish, have played just one playoff tie and they eased beyond Chesterfield to seal a 3-1 win and a spot in Sunday's showpiece.
What: Grimsby v Solihull Moors
Where: London Stadium, London
When: 15:00, Sunday 5th June 2022
How to watch: BT Sport 1
Odds: Grimsby 9/4 – Solihull Moors 6/5
Solihull Moors were only founded as a club in 2007 but victory on Sunday would see them become a Football League club for the first time in their history.
Neal Ardley, who took charge in June 2021, has done a fine job of vastly improving a club that finished 11th last season, leading them to a third-place this campaign.
Moors finished seven points behind champions Stockport after a strong end to the term, winning each of their last five games before seeing off Chesterfield in the playoff semi-final.
They head into Sunday's final as the 6/5 favourites but that won't offer any comfort after their last taste of the playoffs.
The Damson Park outfit finished second in 2018/19 and were fancied to earn promotion through the playoffs, however, they fell at the semi-final stage following a loss to AFC Fylde.
Despite finishing sixth during the regular season, Grimsby have defied the odds in the playoffs to remain in contention for an immediate return to League Two.
They saw off fifth-placed Notts County in the playoff quarter-finals, courtesy of a 119th-minute extra strike from Emmanuel Dieseruvwe.
A difficult semi-final tie against second-placed Wrexham followed and it was once again a 119th-minute extra time winner that sealed a dramatic 5-4 win.
With two higher-ranked sides already in their wake, Grimsby may welcome being 9/4 underdogs to pick up another win.

Solihull were the third-highest scorers in the regular National League season, netting 83 times, and they really hit their stride in the latter weeks of the campaign.
Ardley's men scored at least three goals in each of their last four games and they went on to score three in the playoff victory over Chesterfield.
It's also worth noting that they kept two clean sheets in their final four fixtures of the season and that bodes well as they look to keep Grimsby at bay.
Grimsby lost both meetings with Solihull in 2021/22, failing to score at Damson Park, and a Solihull win to nil offers interest at 3/1.
