Jamayne Isaako has revealed his disappointment at seeing his time with the Broncos cut short but is now ready to give his all for the Gold Coast Titans.
The Titans are out to finish in the top eight of the NRL and Isaako will now spend the season with the club before joining the Dragons for the start of 2023.
Isaako has revealed he was hoping to go out on a high with the Broncos but it soon became clear that would not happen.
With Isaako heading to the Dragons at the end of the year it looked as though Broncos coach Kevin Walters would use other players instead.

Holbrook praises resolute Titans
So when the chance came to join the Titans for the season, Isaako jumped all over it.
“The conversations we had, I didn’t get the confidence I was even going to play unless there was an injury or something like that,” Isaako told reporters. “I thought I worked extremely hard over the pre-season to earn a spot in the team and, look, it wasn’t meant to be in the eyes of the coaching staff there.”
Isaako has revealed he turned down the chance to join Parramatta because he did not want to move to Sydney. And now he is just looking forward to his time with the Titans.
“I obviously wanted to finish off on a high and finish off my contract there,” Isaako added. “But like I said, it probably wasn’t meant to be. The opportunity has come up here now and I’m just looking forward to ripping in and learning off (Titans coach Justin Holbrook) Justin and the boys here.”
