The Canberra Raiders have been boosted by the news Corey Horsburgh has penned a new two-year contract with the club.
The Raiders are priced at 25/1 to finish in the top eight of the NRL and play finals and Horsburgh will be looking to play a key role for Ricky Stuart’s side.
Horsburgh has penned a two-year contract but there is the option for him to stay on for a third season if all goes according to plan.
It means the player could stay with the Raiders until at least the end of the 2025 season.

The forward has made great progress since making his debut in 2019 and cannot wait to see what the future holds.
"The Raiders gave me the opportunity to come down to Canberra and start my NRL career and I’m really happy to have re-signed," Horsburgh told the club’s website. "I really enjoy living in Canberra and being part of this team and club and I love running out each week in the green jersey."
Meanwhile Raiders CEO Don Furner has also saluted the move and says it was important to keep Horsburgh on board.
"Corey is another example of a young player who came to our club looking for an opportunity and his efforts have been rewarded with another contract here where we know he will continue to develop into an even better player," Furner said.
"Most of the squad has been retained now for at least next season and we see Corey’s re-signing as another show of faith in what we’re continuing to build here at our club."
