Perth Glory have been hit by the news star striker Bruno Fornaroli has returned from international duty with an ankle injury.
Glory are cemented to the foot of the A-League ladder and are priced at 1/3 to stay there. Now they have even more concerns as the injury list continues to grow.
Fornaroli has been a rare bright spark for the Glory this season and his form in front of goal earned him a call up to the Socceroos squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Japan and Saudi Arabia.
When it rains it pours for Glory at the moment and the strike ace is now facing a spell out after picking up an ankle injury while he was away.

"We send away our leading goalscorer, he comes back and he's now unavailable with an ankle injury,” interim head coach Ruben Zadkovich said. “Those are the type of things that happen when you are down the bottom.”
It is just the latest setback for Glory who are missing a host of players through injury. Captain Brandon O’Neill, Daniel
Sturridge and Andy Keogh are among them and now Fornaroli can join the injury list.
Glory are now waiting to discover how long he will be out for as the season goes from bad to worse.
"I'm not sure the length of his injury," Zadkovich added. "He'll get assessed and then we'll get the report back and see where he's at but he won't be available this week, that's for sure."
