The League of Legends World Championship is reaching its climax, we are another week away from the next big event in Counter Strike: Global Offensive and the off-season of VALORANT continues but there is still plenty to get stuck into in the world of Esports this week.
From some key games in the Rainbow Six European League on Monday to the League of Legends Worlds semi-finals at the weekend, here is a look at the week ahead.
Monday 24th October
Rainbow Six European League: Penultimate league matches take place
There are only two playdays left in stage three of the Rainbow Six European League, which will reach its conclusion next Monday.
But there is still a lot to be decided going into the penultimate batch of matches on Monday with only two teams out of the running for a top-four berth.
The event features 10 European sides competing in a single round-robin league format with the top four sides set to book their places in the Six Jonkoping Major in Sweden in November.
Going into the penultimate playday it is French side Wolves Esports who lead the way and they are -800 to get the better of TT9, who are +450 to win.
The day's action opens with a more competitive encounter between Natus Vincere and Outsiders, who are -110 and -125 to win respectively.
Tuesday 25th October
VALORANT Crossfire Cup: Tight clash expected between Team Heretics and KPI Gaming
Fans of VALORANT have a number of tournaments to enjoy in the Esport's main off-season including the Crossfire Cup taking place across Spain, Portugal and Italy.
The B-Tier event is drawing closer to a conclusion now, though, with Tuesday marking the start of four quarter-finals.
Team Heretics are -120 to win the first quarter-final against KPI Gaming, who are -120 themselves to win. Heretics can at least take confidence from the fact they won both of their matches in the group stage, whereas KPI had to play through elimination and decider matches.
Wednesday 26th October
VALORANT Crossfire Cup: Giants Gaming could have the edge against KOI
There is more action in the VALORANT Crossfire Cup on Wednesday as the second quarter-final between Group A winners Giants Gaming and Group C runners-up KOI takes place.
Giants are -163 to win and KOI are +120 to prevail.
Thursday 27th October
VALORANT Crossfire Cup: Arroz fancied to overcome Movistar Riders
Arroz are strongly fancied to overcome Movistar Riders in the third quarter-final of the VALORANT Crossfire Cup after comfortably making their way through to the knockout phase as winners of Group C.
They are -300 to get the better of Movistar, who are +225 to claim the win.
Friday 28th October
Starcraft II World Team League: Team Liquid and Shopify Rebellion tough to separate
In the world of Starcraft II, the winter regular season of the World Team League is in full flow and Friday features a potentially close contest between Team Liquid and Shopify Rebellion.
Each team has played four matches in the winter World Team League so far with Shopify Rebellion in the upper echelons of the standings after two wins and two defeats.

As for Liquid, they have an identical 2-2 record to Shopify Rebellion but find themselves lower down the standings with an inferior differential.
There is still plenty of time to go in the event and Liquid are -120 to win this encounter with Shopify Rebellion -120 themselves.
Saturday 29th October
League of Legends Worlds: JD Gaming and T1 clash in first semi-final
It does not get much bigger than this in League of Legends. On Saturday, the semi-final stage of this year's Worlds begins with a fascinating match-up between LPL juggernauts JD Gaming and LCK giants T1.
The sides will clash in a best-of-five contest after JD Gaming won their quarter-final with European outfit Rogue and T1 knocked out Mid-Season Invitational champions Royal Never Give Up.
Coming into the tournament, JD Gaming were considered one of the most likely to win the Summoner's Cup and they showed their class in the group phase with five wins from six matches, winning their tiebreaker with 2020 world champions DWG KIA.
But T1 also excelled, coming through what was largely considered one of the toughest groups as winners without the need for a tiebreaker.
Either of these teams would be worthy world champions and JD Gaming are 5/6 to win the semi-final with T1 5/6 to progress to the final.
Dota 2 The International: Last four lock horns
It is not only the League of Legends World Championship which reaches a crucial stage on Saturday as Dota 2's The International also gets down to the nitty gritty.
Early on Saturday morning, Team Secret take on Tundra Esports in the upper-bracket final and Team Aster clash with Team Liquid in the fifth round of the lower bracket.
While the winner of Secret against Tundra will advance directly to the Grand Final, the loser will drop into the lower bracket to take on the winner of Aster against Liquid.
After those games have completed, we will know which two sides are competing to win The International this year.
Sunday 30th October
League of Legends Worlds: Gen.G battle DRX for final berth
More punters would be confident predicting the second semi-final at this year's League of Legends World Championship than the first.
Gen.G, who were favourites to win this year's Worlds coming into the tournament, are -600 to see off DRX, who are arguably surprise semi-finalists and can be backed at +350 to take it a step further and make the final.
Both sides faced resistance in the quarter-finals with Gen.G eventually prevailing 3-2 against a stubborn DWG KIA side, while DRX won by the same scoreline against defending world champions Edward Gaming.
It means there will definitely be a side from the LCK in this year's final and it would be an all-South Korean affair if JD Gaming were to lose to T1.
