Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic believes Draymond Green is the key man in the Golden State Warriors team ahead of Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals.
Dallas head to Golden State for the series opener and they are 7/4 to win in the Money Line, while the Warriors can be backed at 10/21.
Golden State pair Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson generally grab the headlines and 'The Splash Brothers' have been in fine form throughout the playoffs.
Curry is averaging 26.9 points-per-game in the postseason, while Thompson is averaging 20.4 and - as always - they have been deadly from range and the two Dubs superstars are both averaging 3.8 three-pointers made per-game in the playoffs.
Doncic has plenty of respect for Golden State's backcourt duo but he feels Green's importance to the team gets overlooked and he has highlighted the 32-year-old forward as they key man in the Dubs lineup ahead of the best-of-seven series.
"Obviously, Klay and Steph are incredible offensive guys, but I think the key to the Warriors' team is Draymond [Green]," Doncic told reporters on Tuesday, via Fadeaway World.
"He's just unbelievable. I really respect him and everything he does. Obviously, no disrespect, but he's not the best offensive guy.
"But he impacts the game in every other category, so I really have a lot of respect for his game."
