League of Legends outfit DetonatioN FocusMe have confirmed the signing of mid laner "Yaharong" Chan-ju ahead of the new season.
DetonatioN FocusMe can be backed at 5/4 to win the LJL Spring this year, with the move coming after former mid laner talent Lee "Aria" Ga-eul departed them to join LCK side KT Rolster.
And the signing will also mean "Yaharong" will play outside of South Korea for the first time in his career, having only previously played for Seoul, Jin Air Green and Fredit BRION.
He has been playing the Esport professionally since 2016, having made the most impact during his time at Jin Air Green, although they were relegated to the Challenger Korea back in 2019.

Last year he shared the role of mid laner at BRION with both "Chieftain" Jae-yub and Kim "Lava" Tae-hoon in the Spring and Summer Splits in the LCK.
The team finished with 5-13 win-loss records in both of those tournaments, finishing ninth in Spring and tenth in Summer.
But he will now be preparing for life in Japan's LJL, which is set to start next month, although an exact schedule is yet to be sorted by Riot Games.
And his new side DetonatioN FocusMe were a dominant force in 2021, coming out on top in the LJL Spring Split playoffs after a 12-2 record in the regular campaign and it was a similar story in the Summer Split, which they won after an 11-3 record.
Support player Lee "Harp" Ji-yoong is the only other non-Japanese player in the DetonatioN FocusMe roster, which also features top laner Shunsuke "Evi" Murase and jungler Mun "Steal" Geon-yeong.
On their official Twitter page, DetonatioN FocusMe wrote: "The new addition to DFM 2022 roster. Welcome "Yaharong" @lolyaharong."
